Notice of Issuance of New Shares through Third-Party Allotment
We hereby announce that, pursuant to Article 9, Paragraph 2 of our Articles of Incorporation, the Board of Directors of ASICLAND Co., Ltd. resolved on April 25, 2023, to issue new shares through a third-party allotment as follows:
Type and Number of New Shares to be Issued: 58,823 registered common shares
Issue Price of New Shares: 17,000 KRW per share (par value 500 KRW)
Total Subscription Amount for New Shares: 999,991,000 KRW
Payment Date: May 10, 2023
Depository Institution: Industrial Bank of Korea, Yeouido Branch
Method of Subscription: In accordance with Article 418 of the Commercial Act and Article 9 of the Articles of Incorporation, shareholders' preemptive rights to new shares are excluded, and all new shares are allocated to third parties.
