Notice of New Share Issuance

In accordance with Articles 416 and 418 of the Commercial Act, we hereby announce the following resolution passed by the Board of Directors of ASICLAND Co., Ltd. on September 11, 2023, regarding the issuance of new shares for listing on the KOSDAQ market.

Details -

Type and Number of New Shares to be Issued: 2,688,686 registered common shares
Public Offering: 2,636,330 shares
Mandatory Underwriting by the Listing Underwriter: 52,356 shares (The number of mandatory underwriting shares may change if there is an undersubscription or if the issue price varies during the public offering.)

Issue Price of New Shares: 19,100 KRW to 21,400 KRW per share (par value 500 KRW) (However, in accordance with Article 5 of the "Regulation on Securities Underwriting," the final issue price may be determined in consultation with the lead underwriter, Samsung Securities Co., Ltd., reflecting the results of the demand forecast.)
Payment Date: November 7, 2023 (tentative) (The final payment date will be determined by the CEO in accordance with the effective date of the securities registration statement submitted to the Financial Supervisory Service.)
Method of Subscription: Public Offering (KOSDAQ Market Public Offering) (The lead underwriter will fully underwrite the shares, and any other matters will be delegated to the CEO.)
Whether There is Any Contribution in Kind: Not applicable.
Other matters related to the issuance of new shares will be delegated to the CEO.
