Notice on Protection and Actions for Rights Holders (Shareholders) Subject to Conversion to Electronic Securities

With the enforcement of the "Act on Electronic Registration of Stocks, Bonds, etc." (hereinafter referred to as the "Electronic Securities Act") on September 16, 2019, we hereby notify the following matters to protect the rights holders of our shares subject to conversion to electronic securities, based on Article 27, Paragraph 1 of the Electronic Securities Act.

Details -

After the enforcement of the Electronic Securities Act (September 16, 2019), physical securities (shares subject to conversion) owned by shareholders (rights holders) will lose their validity from the scheduled electronic registration implementation date of our company (November 7, 2022).
Therefore, shareholders (rights holders) must notify their securities company account (an electronic registration account where stocks, etc., will be electronically registered) and submit their physical securities (shares subject to conversion) by 3 business days prior to the scheduled electronic registration implementation date (by November 2, 2022), as follows:

※ Actions Required by Shareholders

Shareholders who hold shares in a securities account do not need to take any action.
Shareholders who have not yet received their share certificates should apply for deposit of their securities to our company or KB Kookmin Bank's Securities Agency Division by 3 business days prior to the scheduled electronic registration implementation date (by November 2, 2022).
Shareholders holding physical securities should submit their physical securities to our company and request their deposit into their account by 3 business days prior to the scheduled electronic registration implementation date (by November 2, 2022).

The company (issuer) will request the electronic registration agency (Korea Securities Depository) to electronically register based on the rights holders listed in the shareholder registry as of the business day immediately preceding the electronic registration implementation date (November 7, 2022).
