Notice of New Share Issuance
We hereby announce that at the board meeting held on April 15, 2019, our company resolved to issue new shares through the capitalization of reserves as follows:
Source of Capitalization: Paid-in Capital in Excess of Par Value: 172,234,500 KRW
Details of New Share Issuance due to Capitalization: a. Type of Shares: Registered Common Stock (1) Number of Shares Issued: 344,469 shares (2) Issuance Amount: 172,234,500 KRW (500 KRW per share)
Record Date for Allocation of New Shares: April 17, 2019
Method of Allocation and Handling of Fractional Shares: New shares will be allocated and distributed free of charge at a ratio of 1.3 new shares for each share held by shareholders registered in the shareholders' register as of the record date. Fractions of less than one share will be discarded.
Other procedures necessary for the issuance of new shares will be entrusted to the CEO.
