ASICLAND Successfully Completes 2024 Workshop for New Employees
▶ Introduction to company and roles, plus communication and leadership development programs for new hires in the first half of the year
▶ Enhancing global competitiveness through large-scale recruitment and training initiatives
[2024-09-05] ASICLAND has strengthened its global business expansion by hiring and nurturing a significant number of new talents.
ASICLAND (445090, CEO Jong-min Lee), a leading provider of ASIC (Application Specific Semiconductor) design solutions, announced on the 5th that it successfully completed the “2024 New Hires Workshop.” The workshop was held for approximately 50 new employees hired in the first half of the year at Konjiam Resort in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province.
The event was aimed at fostering global talent to drive the company’s future growth, in line with its vision of becoming a "global system semiconductor value-up partner." This workshop was a key step in its strategy of aggressive investment and talent development to expand its global operations.

The workshop focused on three key themes: understanding corporate values, an introduction to responsibilities across different departments, and fostering a communicative corporate culture. It featured interactive programs designed to provide essential corporate knowledge and help new employees integrate smoothly into the company. During the department introduction sessions, division representatives introduced their teams, while external experts were invited to enhance team building, communication, and collaboration skills.
Through this workshop, ASICLAND reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing its global competitiveness and taking the lead in the market by continuously recruiting and developing semiconductor experts, even in a domestic landscape where talent is scarce.
CEO Jong-min Lee of ASICLAND stated, “Along with aggressive investments to expand our global business, we are also actively nurturing the talent needed to lead these efforts. This workshop marks the start of our corporate education to cultivate globally competitive professionals.”
Meanwhile, ASICLAND is accelerating its global business initiatives. Last August, the company established a cutting-edge R&D center in Taiwan and began recruiting local Taiwanese talent with expertise in advanced process design to further secure advanced process technology.
