▶ Supporting innovative R&D for global talent through optimal working environment and improved employee welfare
▶ Expected to contribute to securing global leadership in the semiconductor design field
[2024-04-08] ASICLAND, the only TSMC VCA (Value Chain Alliance) in Korea, is relocating to a new headquarters.
ASICLAND (445090, CEO Lee Jong-min), a leading company in ASIC (Application-Specific Integrated Circuit) design solutions, announced on April 8th that it will move to a new headquarters to ensure continuous innovation and growth. This move focuses on improving employee welfare and strengthening research and development (R&D) activities.
Through the relocation, ASICLAND aims to promote corporate expansion and growth. Additionally, the company plans to provide an optimal working environment and enhance welfare facilities for employees to support innovative R&D activities and foster team collaboration.
The new headquarters of ASICLAND is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for advanced technology R&D, including biometric security systems and AI intrusion detection systems, enhancing both physical and network security. This is expected to contribute to attracting global talent and securing a leading position in the semiconductor design field through technological advancement.
Notably, the significantly enhanced employee welfare stands out. The new headquarters features comfortable working spaces, dormitories for long-distance commuters, a health and wellness center (including golf, table tennis, game rooms, and a fitness center), a cafeteria ensuring healthy meals, and balanced relaxation spaces like cafes and rest areas. Additionally, various cultural welfare programs are offered, prioritizing the growth and well-being of employees. This aligns with ASICLAND's corporate philosophy of valuing the happiness and growth of its employees.
CEO Lee Jong-min of ASICLAND stated, "The relocation to the new headquarters aims to provide innovative and creative working environments and welfare benefits, supporting employees to achieve the best performance in both their work and personal lives." He added, "We plan to contribute positively to the new community, participating in local economic development and environmental protection activities."
Meanwhile, last month, ASICLAND successfully completed overseas corporate presentations (IR) with leading global funds in Hong Kong and Singapore, increasing preference among domestic and international investors.
